He's never been convicted bottom line. And even if he juiced you still gotta swing the bat. I dont care what anyone says this is racial, if you dont think so youre lyin to yourself. If this was Mark McGwire he wouldnt catch any heat. Lets be real here.
He's never been convicted because MLB players union didn't allow any testing of players until the past two years. You can't test positive for a test you don't take. Secondly, this has absolutely nothing to do with race. Any whitey, latino or whatever that was a confirmed roider would face the same thing if they were about to break the most famous record in the sport. He has the best mechanical swing in history but that doesn't take away from the fact that steroids added at least 125 HR's to his career. Fuck this pity party for bonds, Hank Aaron was the one who actually faced the racism. All this doesnt matter anyway because A-rod is gonna break the record in five years.
